What is changing?
The current corporate trustee Company, RM Pension Scheme Trustee Limited, is being replaced by Vidett Trust Corporation Limited as the sole corporate trustee of the Schemes. The Schemes will be looked after by:
- Wayne Phelan – Chair, Independent Trustee & co-Chief Executive Officer at Vidett Trust Corporation Limited
- Curtis Mitchell – Independent Trustee & Client Director at Vidett Trust Corporation Limited
As a member of the Schemes, your benefits will not be affected as a result of the change to the trustee structure. The independent trustees will continue to act in your best interests, but efficiencies relating to administering the Schemes will be improved.
Do I need to do anything?
This is purely a change in relation to the Schemes’ management and will not affect your underlying benefits. No action is required on your part.
